All sales final once payment or credit verification has been approved.
Damaged Products
All claims for breakage and or damage whether concealed or obvious must be reported by the buyer immediately to the seller and the carrier. All merchandise damaged during shipping must be received by the seller within three business days. Failure by the buyer to submit any claims for breakage and or damage within three days shall cause the buyer to waive the claim. When a damage claim is made buyer may be entitled to reshipment of merchandise. Buyer will not be entitled to a refund without approval from seller.
Returns
Returns will be accepted only after contacting Customer Service. Restocking fees may apply.
Sellers Limited Liability
In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall seller be liable for any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, and injury to business or reputation. The seller’s liability is limited to purchase price.
Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax.
